The Grotto collection was made for those who want their botanicals bold — the leaf as shape rather than specimen, colour as the whole point. The Cut is its most graphic expression — large abstract leaf and teardrop forms in cobalt blue on white, flat and clean with no gradient or detail. The design owes something to Matisse's paper-cut period: the leaf reduced to its silhouette, the composition held in balance between blue mass and open white. The result is confident without being loud.

A birthday, a thank-you, or a housewarming for someone with a strong eye. Holds its own on any shelf.
