Sometimes you just want to know what happens if a mug breaks in the mail, or how long it takes for one to arrive. This page is for that.

 

About the Mugs

Q: What are they made of?

A: Ceramic, glazed, and made to be used. They hold warmth well, and they don't mind the microwave or dishwasher. Still, a soft cloth and a gentle wash will keep them looking their best.

Q: How big are they?

A: Big enough for a proper cup of coffee or tea. 11, 15 and 20 ounce options. 

Q: Can I request a custom design?

A: Absolutely, if you have something  in mind, a special occasion, a unique design theme or a special person with a quirky interest, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Shipping & Waiting

Q: Where do you send them?

A: Worldwide, but mostly across Canada and the U.S.

Q: How long will it take?

A: A few days to make and pack, then a week or so on the road. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower. You’ll get a tracking link once it's on its way.

Q: What about customs or extra fees?

A: Each mug is made and shipped from the printing facility closest to you, so most orders stay local. Every now and then, a mug crosses a border on its way, and that can mean an import fee or tariff. It's a new reality of how trade works - something that didn't used to touch small things like mugs. If it happens, the charge comes from your country, not from us, but we understand it's never a welcome surprise.

 

If Something Goes Wrong

Q: What if my mug shows up broken?

A: Send a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you - whichever feels right.

Q: Can I return it if I just change my mind?

A: Mugs don't travel lightly, and returns can be rough on them. Still, if your orders hasn't been used and you'd like to talk about returning it, send us a message. We'll see what we can do. 

 

Taking Care

Q: Will the design last?

A: Yes. They’re fired and glazed for daily use. Over years of washing and pouring, they may soften a little—the way well loved things do..

 

Wholesale & Collaborations

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: We do. From time to time, our mugs find their way into shops that feel like a natural fit. If that sounds like yours, send us a note. We'll share the details - pricing, timing, and how the process works.

Q: Do you do collaborations?

A: Sometimes. The best ones happen slowly - with ideas that feel like they belong beside ours, not on top of them. If you have a concept that might fit, send a note and tell us about it. We'll take a look.

Q: How do I know when new designs come out?

A: We send the occasional email, only when there's something worth saying, like a new collection or a sale. You can also follow us on facebook, pinterest and instagram to stay on top of new releases.

Q: Can I visit a store?

A: Not yet. For now, everything happens online. When we do pop-ups or markets, we'll share the details through our newsletters and social pages.

Q: How do I reach you?
